Home : Issues this Week : Political Ads Wars – Romney Revs It Up

Not only does the Romney ad bring in the decline in wealth and other economic issues that are really saddling the Obama administration right now, but I think the private sector doing fine comment highlights what a lot of opponents of Obama believe is his theory about it's the public sector that needs to be elevated over the private sector.

Mitt Romney's campaign released an ad that highlighted a sentence from President Obama in which the president says the 'private sector's doing fine.' The ad flashes a series of statistics and headlines on the screen such as '23.2 Million Americans Are in Need of Work'and '40 Straight Months Over 8% Unemployment' before the President is shown saying, 'The private sector's doing fine.' The ad then asks the question, 'How Can President Obama Fix Our Economy If He Doesn't Understand It's Broken?'
