Carrie Sheffield is National Editor for Accuracy in Media. She appears on Fox News, Fox Business Network, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, CBS digital, & HLN. She has published in The Wall Street Journal, TIME, USA Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Salon.com & HuffPost.
Carrie began her journalism career in Washington with Robert Novak, later covering Congress for The Hill newspaper. A founding reporter at POLITICO, Carrie contributed on political economy at Forbes, wrote editorials for The Washington Times and advised Bustle, a popular digital women’s brand.
Carrie earned a earned a B.A. in communications at Brigham Young University and completed a Fulbright fellowship in Berlin. She also earned a master’s in public policy from Harvard University, concentrating in business policy. Carrie is a member of The National Press Club, Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Awards Fellow, Robert Novak Journalism Fellow, and was a New York Leader with the Foreign Policy Initiative.
